SHIPPING / PICKUP / DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer shipping, delivery and free pickup on the following items

Cabinet Doors
Drawer Fronts
Drawer Boxes
Pullout Shelves

We currently do NOT ship larger items such as complete cabinets or face frames. We do however offer free pickup along with a delivery service throughout Northeast Ohio for the larger items. Our delivery fees are very comparable to freight charges for larger items. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

PLACING AN ORDER
If you would like to place an order after reviewing your quote - contact us and we will send you an invoice with information on placing and processing your order.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major credit card payments via PayPal as well as PayPal payments. We also accept checks. Checks will be deposited by Ohio Amish Cabinet at time of order. Any check(s) written to Ohio Amish Cabinet which is not honored for payment shall be pursued as a criminal matter when applicable. All additional cost paid by customer.


LEAD TIME
Typical turn around time on orders to be completed is 10 - 14 days from the time the order is placed. This depends on the size and detail of your order, smaller projects may be quicker and larger projects may take a little longer. You will be given an estimated time on how long it will take to complete your order when you receive your quote.


CHANGES / ADDITIONS
Customer has 48 HOURS from the time original order is placed to make changes. Dimensional or design changes made after that will incur additional costs. Add-on(s) to orders are not guaranteed to be completed the same day as original order.


RETURN POLICY
Being that your items are custom built to your specifications, we shall not accept any returns for refunds. All items ordered are to be inspected upon pickup or delivery. Any concerns or issues should be addressed at that time.
