Each
item page will have a link to request a quote on that paticular item,
or use the the links below. Fill out the quote form, upload any drawings
or documents you may have related to your quote and we will send you
a quote on your project via email. |

Placing
an Order
|
If you
would like to place an order after reviewing your quote - contact us and
we will send you an invoice with information on placing and processing your
order.
All orders require a 50% deposit to process and start with Balance due
upon pickup or delivery.
All items that are being shipped require payment
in full before shipment.

Payment
Options
|
We
accept all major credit card payments via PayPal as well as PayPal payments.
There is a 3% Service fee for PayPal and Credit Card Payments.
We also
accept checks. Checks will be deposited by Ohio Amish Cabinet at time
of order. Any check(s) written to Ohio Amish Cabinet which is not honored
for payment shall be pursued as a criminal matter when applicable. All
additional cost paid by customer.

Lead
Times
|
Normal
lead times on smaller orders such as cabinet doors is 2 - 3 weeks, Larger
orders such as complet kitchens is 6-8 weeks. This all varies depending
on the size and detail of your order, along with our current in house production
schedule. You will be given an estimated time on how long it will take to
complete your order when you receive your quote or you can contact us for
current lead times.

Changes
Additions
|
Customer has 48 HOURS
from the time original order is placed to make changes. Dimensional or design
changes made after that will incur additional costs. Add-on(s) to orders
are not guaranteed to be completed the same day as original order.

Shipping
Delivery Pickup Options
|
We
offer pickup on all of our items along with shipping through USPS and
UPS on the following smaller items.
Cabinet Doors Drawer Fronts Drawer Boxes Pullout Shelves
Freight shipment is available for larger items such as complete cabinets
along with pickup and a delivery service throughought Northeast Ohio
for the larger items. Please feel free to contact us for more information
on freight and or delivery charges

Return
Policy
|
Being
that your items are custom built to your approved specifications, we
shall not accept any returns for refunds. All items ordered are to be
inspected upon pickup or delivery. Any concerns or issues should be
addressed at that time and we will re-work any items not made to the
agreed upon specifications.
Ohio Amish Cabinet is not liable for damages caused by anyone, which also includes negligence or improper: moving, storage, finishing, handling, assembling or installation. It is recommended unfinished Product(s) should be finished within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of order
